Land Acquisition
Through proven in-house techniques, we uncover numerous opportunities for property acquisition and development throughout the country. We target strategic properties for acquisition and development, utilizing our over 40 years of experience.
In order to qualify properties, we overlay the zoning potential onto satellite images of the property to determine the optimum development potential. Once qualified, we use our technological expertise, computer software and our business relationships to efficiently identify properties and contract with property owners.
Land Assemblage
As experienced developers, we understand the needs of our clients and realize that, at times, a single property is not large enough to accommodate the requested needs. This requires us to assemble additional properties, whereby converting the individual properties into one larger and cohesive development. We have been involved in many property assemblages from as small as two to over one hundred properties.

We are able to provide land planning services to our partners and clientele. We have 5,000 contacts with home-builders, retailers, hospitals, industrial companies and much more. Drawing on the talent in our engineering department, we can prepare several versions of conceptual layouts and site plans to determine the properties’ overall yield and maximum efficiency. In as little as a day’s time, we can prepare detailed plans that other development firms require several weeks to complete, thus allowing us to act quickly and effectively when time is of the essence.

Land Entitlement
In many cases, the properties that we identify are not properly zoned for our envisioned use. In these instances, we may engage with local experts, attorneys, engineers and consultants to guide us through the specific nuances in developing the site to achieve our vision. We rely on our established business relationships with these talented professionals, who eventually play a large role in aiding us to secure our development entitlements.
